Transport the whole of php language memory resident.
I will clarify the Battery part of the software's name. The battery is the whole php language itself, as sinlge or multiple occurences of which are plugged into memory and are known as workers, they do the job you programme. They are led by leaders, or a single leader. Leaders will eventually be small c code superworkers, who monitor and put workers to work. Currently they are prototyped in php.
Execute System commands as root or other user in response to preprogrammed events or conditions.
Allows Collaborative development of system software.
Resident workers monitor a db queue and execute its code at right time.
This queue or series of actions to be performed can be developed independently, in you favourite language php. ';-)
If you have read about wads you will remember the blank vanilla server in one hand, I developed this code at the beginning believing I need it it in order to fulfill one of our objectives which is server/s management. It is still a valuable piece of software and I intend to GPL it very soon.

I just couldn't believe I could do in minutes, what took many many months with programmers from London to Russia. But then I hadn't discovered php and linux. So I left my long standing relationship with the Microsoft way and entered the world of linux, I have never looked back.
